Fuel or gas tank mounting hardware kit for the 45 and Servicar style gas and oil tank used from 1937 to 1973.  As the bolts are CP-1038, they would be "correct" from roughly 1949 to 1967 or so, but will certainly work for any '37 to '73 45 solo or Servicar.  I believe they used cad plated hardware in the late 1950's and 1960's possibly.  They also phased in other bolt manufacturers in the 1960's & 70's though I'm not sure when.

There seems to be some misinformation on CP bolts and "reproductions".  Chandler Products has always been willing to produce these bolts with large minimum quantity orders. There's either early production or current production. They changed head dies as they wore out and had multiple dies.  Nuts are USA made using the same process Harley used when they operated their own screw and nut equipment with the flat lands on them.  Spacers and washers are produced just like the ones H-D did back in the day.  Parkerizing is same finish as how these came from the factory in the 1950's.  I've also got other hardware kits listed in my store under "pre 1980's hardware".

A note on shipping:

Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates.  Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction.  In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc.  I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices.  If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges.  It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy.  I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating.  That’s the only way I can solve a problem.  I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!
