You are purchasing one cad plated USA-made reproduction spring fork front brake cable adjuster used on all spring fork-equipped Harley-Davidson models from 1941 through 1957.  Threads are 5/16"-18 and this does come with one OEM# 0111 jam nuts.  We do sell this in a parkerized finish which is correct for your WWII model or WPA civilian war era model.  Cadmium would be correct for all of 1941 production run then it's likely that was phased over to parkerized at some point in 1942 and may have carried into 1946 before they started using cadmium again.  Please check your own reference material to make certain.
