Bicycle style kicker pedal arm mount kit with Chandler Products cold headed stamped CP-1038 head bolt. Includes: 3/8”-24 x 1 5/8” bolt, 3/8”-24 x 9/16 nut, and 3/8" lock washer. The quality the Parkerizing is excellent! Would generally have been used on WWII and post-war Harleys well into the 1960’s. Would have been used until they quit kick start production, but CP-1038 is generally considered “correct” for 1949 and up. I’m not sure at what point these may have phased out for grade marked bolts. This is a hard length of CP-1038 to find anymore. This is the later CP-1038 with the smaller stamping and “crowned” arrangement.
This will also work on 45 solo and Servicar models as their bolt was 1 9/16” long.
I do have some domed head and CP-1035 kicker pedal pivot bolts available on other listings. Let me know if you have trouble finding it.
