You are purchasing one cigarette lighter fork mount bracket for 1949-1959 Panhead models and 1958 and 1959 Servicar models.  We have no idea if this is NOS or reproduction and make no claim either way.  Chrome has some surface scratches as can be seen in the photos but appears to never have been mounted.  Catalog page does not come with this.  This was designed to fit 1949-1959 type fork covers, it mounted to the rear side of your triple tree cover.
