Please note: There are significant differences between 1965, 1966-1967, and 1968-1969. We do sell a 1965-1967 kit, and 1968-1969 kit which address those differences. If you purchase from this listing, your kit will not ship until you email us the year of your bike.
You are purchasing one new USA made reproduction wiring harness for 1965 to 1969 Panhead & Shovelhead Electra-Glide models. The wiring in the kit will address differences from specific years, including variances in the starter relay wires from 1965-1967 as many early models were retrofitted with a relay. Let us know what year you are restoring and we will make certain you get the correct wiring diagram to accompany your new wiring harness.
This kit will address some differences between 1965 and 1967 starter relay wiring that was added later and does include the starter relay wiring as a lot of 1965 and early 1966 bikes were retrofitted with the relay. We also sell a complete kit with the large gauge starter circuit wires.
Also keep a look out for complete harness master kits we will soon offer with every wire loom clip you need plus completely wired switches and the headlamp block. They will be a good deal more expensive but will save you quite a bit of time on your complete re-wire job!
Used on the following:
- 1965-1969 FL, FLH 74” OHV Panhead & Shovelhead Electra-Glide
Do note that we do offer one of the largest selections of reproduction hardware and electrical parts for your 1915-1984 Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Our offerings keep growing on a weekly basis, please email if you need something you don't see in our eBay store.
PLEASE NOTE: When it's practical, I will gladly combine all your purchases into one shipment for a discounted rate. Your shipping price does include insurance to the destination.
Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates. Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction. In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc. I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices. If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges. It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy. I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating. That’s the only way I can solve a problem. I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!
Know who you are buying from! We are not a drop-ship operation, each and every part we sell is carefully inspected to assure you get the quality part described in the listing. We have a no-hassle return policy, and we stand behind the parts we sell because we know what we are selling and shipping to our customers. Before you make a purchasing decision compare our feedback vs. others.
We are aware eBay’s shipping calculator is not working correctly on combining shipping for some of our listings. If the shipping amount eBay is trying to charge you seems high, please contact us immediately or simply click “request total from seller” and we will promptly manually calculate your shipping. We always combine shipping on multiple item orders and will find the least expensive method which falls in line with how quickly you need your items. Thank you!
