You are purchasing one new USA made reproduction wiring harness for 1963 and 1964 6 volt magneto equipped XLCH OHV sportster twins.  This kit is NOT for bikes with a battery.  I do believe this kit would work with early XRTT, KR, KHRM, and KRTT models, but please check your own reference sources to make sure.  This will come with the correct wiring diagram for your bike.  This particular kit differs from the 1958-1962 one as they added a dimmer switch on the left handlebar in 1963.

Please email us with the type of headlamp connections on your bike since headlamps were changed out over time and you may not have the correct original lamp for your model years.  Also let us know if there's anything unique about your bike which might modify the wiring.

We also stock wiring harness kits for K-Model and 1959-1969 XL, XLH, 1958-1962 and later XLCH Sportster models.  We do have magneto-XLCH kits as well as 12V electric start kits in our store and one for you K-model owners out there.

Also keep a look out for complete harness master kits we will soon offer with every wire loom clip you need plus completely wired switches and the headlamp block.  They will be a good deal more expensive but will save you quite a bit of time on your complete re-wire job!

Used on the following:
  • 1963-1964 XLCH Sportster Twin Models 6 volt magneto models
Do note that we do offer one of the largest selections of reproduction hardware and electrical parts for your 1915-1984 Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Our offerings keep growing on a weekly basis, please email if you need something you don't see in our eBay store.  We are also trying to increase our offerings for K-model and early Sportster owners.

PLEASE NOTE: When it's practical, I will gladly combine all your purchases into one shipment for a discounted rate.  Your shipping price does include insurance to the destination.

A note on shipping:

Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates.  Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction.  In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc.  I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices.  If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges.  It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy.  I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating.  That’s the only way I can solve a problem.  I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!

Know who you are buying from! We are not a drop-ship operation, each and every part we sell is carefully inspected to assure you get the quality part described in the listing.  We have a no-hassle return policy, and we stand behind the parts we sell because we know what we are selling and shipping to our customers.  Before you make a purchasing decision compare our feedback vs. others.
We are aware eBay’s shipping calculator is not working correctly on combining shipping for some of our listings.  If the shipping amount eBay is trying to charge you seems high, please contact us immediately or simply click “request total from seller” and we will promptly manually calculate your shipping.  We always combine shipping on multiple item orders and will find the least expensive method which falls in line with how quickly you need your items.  Thank you!
