You are purchasing one European made reproduction zinc air cleaner instruction tag for 7” Harley-Davidson J-slot air cleaners.  This style air cleaner was used from 1941 into the mid 1950’s.  To my knowledge this tag never carried its own part number as they were part of the air cleaner cover assembly.

Specifically, this tag is zinc plated brass.  A zinc finish would be correct from some point in mid WW-II through end of production of the 7" J-slot air cleaner covers with riveted tags in the mid 1950's.  This kit DOES INCLUDE TWO 3/32" BRASS RIVETS.

You may need to over-drill the holes slightly to fit up the rivets.

We also sell the brass 7" and 6" instruction tags on other listings.

We do happen to sell the J-slot air cleaner covers with the H-D logo both in a fresh chrome finish and raw steel.  Occasionally we do auction off covers with a bit of rust on them.  We also sell complete 6" and 7" air cleaner assembly kits with the mesh packs and backing plates in our store.  If you don't see what you need here or cimarroncycleworks, just email and ask.
