You are buying one pair of rigid rear fender mounting clamps, clips, or “saddle” mounts.  These clip the rear fender to the rear frame upper crossmember on Knucklehead, UL, and Panhead models from 1936 through 1954.  These have the correct offset feet for a correct fit, just like the originals and are 1 1/8” deep for the earlier model frames. I also have these available with all the restoration-correct mounting hardware in my eBay store as well as the 1 1/4” clamps for 1955-1957 models and some custom frames.
