You are purchasing ONE USA-Made reproduction of the horn spring plate outer reinforcement plate for Delco 16 horns from 1929 through 1941 on all spring fork Harley-Davidson models including VL, DL, RL, C & B Single Knucklehead, Panhead, UL, WL, and Servicar. Please do your research to see if this is correct for your restoration. Made from steel and parkerized as original. We also sell complete horn mount kits for 1929-1964 models.
