You are purchasing a USA-Made reproduction of the special horn mount hex bolts for Delco 16 horns with the “dog bone” bracket from 1946 through 1957. Please do your research to see if this is correct for your restoration. These are the "short bolts" used 1946-57. Bolts are 1/2" long, threads are 10-24. You get two (2) bolts or screws.
