You are purchasing one new USA Made reproduction handlebar-mount two position nickel plated dimmer switch with cloth-insulated wires which is detail-correct for 1930 to probably 1932 as it uses the correct traced R/B, R/Y, and B/R cotton woven covering over the wire.  Nickel was likely used into or through 1932 but this won't look bad on any early 1930's Harley.  Wires are 30" which should be more than long enough for your project.  Let us know if you need longer.

Please study the photos closely, do note that the nickel process used in Europe leaves a slightly pitted appearance close up.  This is going to appear on all switches.  It will basically appear as a restored cover at less than 2 feet.
