You are purchasing one reproduction set of OEM 45753-50 adjustable fork upper bracket bolts and 45752-50 lock plates. Machining is spot-on and cad plating is perfect. Used on 1950 to 1984 Panhead and Shovelheads equipped with sidecars and adjustable fork front ends and 1958 to 1973 Servicars.
