You are purchasing one very nice used rubber mount handlebar riser kit.  Overall condition is very good.  Cad has a nice patina for an OP bike.  Rubber in the risers is still in very good condition and this is the complete kit including the screws for the riser caps, L brackets, center plate, etc. You get exactly what is in the photos.
