You are buying one USA Made VL battery box mounting lower bolt plate OEM# 4417-30 which is correct for 1930 to 1936. This is used to secure the #069 5/16-24 bolts which mount the rear upper battery box. This is spot on for the originals as we used an NOS example for the pattern. These, along with the battery box aways seem to be missing. We do sell a complete battery box mount kit with the plate on other listings as well as a combo rear fender and battery box mount kit.
We also stock a DL & RL rear fender and battery mounting kits.
