You are purchasing one reproduction 34747-65 transmission plate front bolt lock strip or lock plate. Secures the bolts at the front to hold them tight after you tighten up the nuts from the bottom. The best research I can find says these were used 1965 to early 1977 on Electra-Glide and Super-Glide models.
