You are purchasing a European made Nitrophyl carburetor float for all Linkert M-Series carburetors from 1933 through 1965. Comes as shown, this is the correct float for all 1”, 1 1/4”, and 1 1/2" carb. To the best of my knowledge this will also fit all Linkert Indian carburetors. Made from real Nitrophyl, it is resistant to all the additives in today's gasolines.
H-D Linkert models which would have used this would be:
MR-3, MR-4, MR-4A, M-4, M-5, M-11, M-16, M-17L, M-17R, M-18, M-21, M-25, M-31, M-36, M-41, M-41L, M-45, M-51, M-51L, M-53, M-53A1, M-54, M-54A, M-61, M-61B, M-65, M-74, M-74B, M-88, M-97, etc. If you have an M-series carburetor with a stock float bowl, this is the correct float.

- VL, VLD, VLH 74” & 80” 1933-1936
- E, EL, ELA, ELC, F, FL 61" & 74" OHV Knucklehead 1936-1947

A note on shipping:
Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates. Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction. In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc. I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices. If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges. It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy. I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating. That’s the only way I can solve a problem. I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!
Know who you are buying from! We are not a drop-ship operation, each and every part we sell is carefully inspected to assure you get the quality part described in the listing. We have a no-hassle return policy, and we stand behind the parts we sell because we know what we are selling and shipping to our customers. Before you make a purchasing decision compare our feedback vs. others.
We are aware eBay’s shipping calculator is not working correctly on combining shipping for some of our listings. If the shipping amount eBay is trying to charge you seems high, please contact us immediately or simply click “request total from seller” and we will promptly manually calculate your shipping. We always combine shipping on multiple item orders and will find the least expensive method which falls in line with how quickly you need your items. Thank you!
