You are purchasing one new USA Made kit of spring rods, bottom fastening nuts, and check or anti-rattle springs for 1938-1939 Harley-Davidson 45" models including Servicar and WL models. These do not have the recesses for the small leaf check or anti-rattle springs. I don't find another part number for these listed, this may have been a running change that HD got rid of the spring slots but did not update the number. HD came out with the curved inner springs by 1936 which could be used on 45 models as well.
Please double-check your reference materials to make sure this is what you need.. You get two rods and nuts per set. Do note that you need to tack weld the nuts to the lower shaft after it has been installed into the fork casting.
