You are purchasing a really nice reproduction OEM# 2568-43 hand lever bushing clamp washer for the cast iron clutch lever# 4149-41N used on WLC models equipped with the hand clutch. This is used only with the cast iron lever, not aluminum ones.
As the XA had a hand clutch as well, I am not sure if the XA would have used this washer or not. Please do your research.

Finish is parkerized. On military models, this would have been painted OD green, on civilian, it would be painted black. Just clean off the preservative oil and paint. Or use this as a cool touch for a rat rod or period bobber. As always, we try to list what models parts are correct for, but it’s always wise to do your own research prior to purchasing.
