You are purchasing one USA-made reproduction 1950-1972 Panhead, K-Model, Sportster, Servicar, Shovelhead and FX  front brake cable adjuster used on mechanical front brakes on Hydraulic front ends.  Threads are 5/16"-24 and this does come with two OEM# 7744 5/16"-24 cad plated jam nuts.  

We also sell front brake cables, front brake cable adjusters, clips, etc.  We have everything you need to get your big twin and Sportster stopped!
