You are purchasing an all USA-made reproduction top motor mount bolt kit for 1948 to 1951  EL & FL model 61” & 74" OHV twin Panheads.  What makes this 1948 to 1951-specific is the top motor mount hardware which uses an un-drilled center bolt and a flexloc nut.  This also includes the rest of your top motor mount hardware kit with the bolt, nut, and .025 and .095 spacer washers or shims.
