You are purchasing one set of European-made reproduction rocker arm shafts for 1936 to early 1939 E & EL Knucklehead models.  Fits as a perfect replacement for your OEM set.  Machining is exact and hardness same as HD did back in the day.  My 1941 parts manual says this style shaft was used into early 1939, though wisdom which was imparted to me over the years was that these were two years only.  I do note that the part number suffix was changed to -39 with the later style shafts.  Please do your own research and make sure you are using with the correct rockers and these are what you need.  These do require adjustment which is covered in the Shop Dope series and we also sell an adjustment tool on another listing.
