You are purchasing one reproduction rocker arm shaft adjustment tool for 1936 to early 1939 E & EL Knucklehead models. Machining is exact and hardness same as HD did back in the day. This is to correctly "time" or adjust the slotted rocker shafts as used on 1936 to early 1939 Knucklehead models.
The last photo of the rocker shafts is only to illustrate what style of rocker shafts this is supposed to be used for.
