New European-made excellent reproduction 1930 to 1940 Harley-Davidson steering damper lower steel disc for all twin models from 1930 to 1940 and C model singles from 1930 to 1934. Replaces OEM 46717-30 or 2791-30 . Finish is raw so you can plate it to your liking. These may have been nickel, cad, or parkerized. This has previously been impossible to find and reproductions have always favored the 1941-up style where there's a rectangle punched out of the disc.
