You are purchasing one European made reproduction air intake shaft or choke shaft lever for 1 1/4" side valve or flathead Linkert carburetors used during W-II with oil bath air cleaners. For certain, this lever was used on M-88 carburetors on WLA and WLC models. It may have been the standard offering on big twin side valve and OHV as well, but I am not certain on that point. Please do your own research to make certain. This also includes the 1234-24 choke lever special screw.
Finish is cad or some sort of zinc process. It's a bit brighter than I'm used to seeing on other cad plated parts we get out of Europe. You can dull it down a bit with a Scotch Brite pad or brief turn in your bead blaster.
These can be used on any Linkert M-series carburetor which has a sidevalve choke shaft if you are not running an air cleaner or are running an air snoot in place of a cleaner.

- 1941-1945 WLA & WLC models equipped with Linkert M-88 carburetors with stock oil bath air cleaners, may have been used on later WLA models as well.
