You are purchasing a USA-Made set of chrome reproduction spot light clamps or brackets OEM# 11396-38 or 68702-38 for 1938 to 1957 spring fork twin models. This was designed to be able to mount the Deluxe spot lamps on factory and aftermarket spot lamp mount bars. Includes the rubber sleeve and correct screw and nut kit finished in cadmium. It was far more common to see these 1946 and up as that's when the factory introduced a round spot lamp bar. The earlier ones were from flat stock and the lamp mounted directly to it with a swivel fitting.
We do have the earlier 11369-38 brackets and hardware available in addition to the 11369-46A spotlamp bar. Keep an eye out for a complete kit with our USA made bar and this USA made kit. If you can't find it in our store or cimarroncycleworks, just email and ask.
Located at and ships from Cimarron Cycle Works, LLC in beautiful Cimarron, New Mexico, USA!
We can put together a very well-detailed Guide S-H2 spot lamp kit with this bar as well as the spot lamps, mount clamps, swivels, and Guide marked spot lamps. Just let us know if you need a quote.
Be sure to check out our array of GM Guide-licensed lighting products in our eBay store as well as a large inventory of stock hardware for your vintage Harley. We are adding new items weekly so keep checking back or send us an email of something you’d like to see us carry.

PLEASE NOTE: When it's practical, I will gladly combine all your purchases into one shipment for a discounted rate. Your shipping price does include insurance to the destination.
Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates. Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction. In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc. I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices. If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges. It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy. I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating. That’s the only way I can solve a problem. I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!
Know who you are buying from! We are not a drop-ship operation, each and every part we sell is carefully inspected to assure you get the quality part described in the listing. We have a no-hassle return policy, and we stand behind the parts we sell because we know what we are selling and shipping to our customers. Before you make a purchasing decision compare our feedback vs. others.
We are aware eBay’s shipping calculator is not working correctly on combining shipping for some of our listings. If the shipping amount eBay is trying to charge you seems high, please contact us immediately or simply click “request total from seller” and we will promptly manually calculate your shipping. We always combine shipping on multiple item orders and will find the least expensive method which falls in line with how quickly you need your items. Thank you!
