You are purchasing one reproduction handlebar-mount horn button switch with cloth-insulated wire and a pair of 018 mounting screws (screws are not pictured).  This from 1926 to 1953 on all models with electric horns including Hummer, Knucklehad, Panhead, WL, RL, VL, JD, and singles, this particular switch housing is nickel plated which makes the finish "detail correct" for 1926 until possibly as late as 1940 as H-D was still using some nickel appointments that late like gas caps.  Great match for the original switches.  

The single button switch is used by all horns directly grounded to the frame.  Generally-speaking the two wire, grounded switch came into use in the early 1950's with the bugle style horns.

Switch is manufactured in Europe, ships from Cimarron Cycle Works in beautiful Cimarron, New Mexico, USA!

Do note these switches have production type nickel plating similar to the originals, there may be some underlying substrate surface imperfections you will see.  This is not unlike the originals and I have included a number of photos to illustrate.  We also sell the same and later versions in chrome, OD green version for military models as well as nickel, chrome, and OD green pre-wired dimmer switches.
