You are purchasing one European-made brass throttle lever for Linkert M-series carburetors used on 1948 Panheads.  This is a one-year lever, but I believe it can be used on Knuckleheads and possibly later Panheads though the throttle lever introduced in 1949 was very tall.  Much taller than this. Includes the three straight slot filister screws.  We also do sell the throttle wire block on other listings in either parkerized or cad plated finish.  Do note that this lever will fit any standard Schebler or Linkert M-Series throttle shaft so it could be used for custom applications if you know what you are doing with the geometry of your cable.

Fits the following and I believe this one will work with 1940-1947 Knucklehead as well which was the reason for the two wire block holes:
